Cigarette smoking is considered
a hard drug addiction to kick. Most people don’t
realize this. They think it is just a hard habit to
break - until they climb the walls from nicotine craving.
The reason smoking is such a powerful addiction is
because you have a drug dependency combined with a
habit that is very much a part of your whole life.
It is something you do day after day, year after year
and your body is dependent on nicotine. Your psyche
uses it as a defense mechanism and ego booster.
Hypnosis can take the edge off or
eliminate withdrawal altogether. It also builds motivation
and confidence, while it releases deep stresses. With
hypnosis, some people have no cravings at all. Others
have mild craving but are able to easily master them
with a deep breath and a key word that tells the mind
to forget all about smoking as if it never excised..
The mind is extremely powerful, it can, in theory,
wipe the whole habit out and never look back. Getting
the mind to agree to do that is the goal of hypnosis.
A very small part of the population
can stop smoking in one session. These are excellent
subjects who are completely ready to quit. For the
rest of us it takes 3-5 sessions - depending on you;
how long you have smoked, how good of a hypnosis subject
you are, if you truly want to stop smoking and are
willing to do what it takes. The more sessions you
do - the lower the relapse rate, the less craving
you have and the less chance you will have for substituting
another habit such as overeating for smoking .
My normal session free is $110.
For addiction work, I sell three sessions packages
for $95 each - $285 total. The $285 will be paid the
first session and the other two sessions will be booked
at that time.
In the first session, I can see
how good of a hypnosis subject you are and lay the
ground work. I see you again in 4 days to a week and
that is when you actually quit. Along with the hypnosis
I use energy medicine techniques to clear any allergy
you may have developed to nicotine or smoke. This
helps the body eliminate the nicotine faster and reduce
craving. I give you a CD to listen as often as you
want to that keeps the suggestions strong. Your third
session a week later is follow-up where we address
any personal temptations or problems.
I also recommend that you quit when
your life is peaceful. Smoking is most likely your
best defense mechanism. The mind is more willing to
give up a habit when life is non-stressful and your
normal coping mechanism aren’t taxed.
For anyone I work with, I like to
run a Human Design Chart. If you give me your birth
date, time, and place, I can run a chart of your design
and see how strong your will is, how suggestible you
are, how you think etc. This new technology is very
accurate.

I also recommend a book called.
“The Easy Way to Stop Smoking” by Allen
Carr. This is an older book - often found in used
book stores. It is not a negative book. It points
out the psychology of the addiction and how we brain
wash ourselves into it. From this book you will really
learn about the enemy you are employing my help to
overcome. It teaches you all the lies and illusions
the mind creates about smoking and how nicotine (drug
addiction) works on the brain and body. Some people,
if their will is strong enough, can quit just reading
the book.
Hypnosis is helpful
for anyone recovering from addiction,
especially those who want to stay in recovery and
avoid relapse.
