Aside
from addiction work, cleaning up the past, and lifestyle change, most of the work
I do for others involves getting a person back on track after they have been hard
hit by life or others.
I
do standard hypnotic suggestion for weight loss, cessation of smoking and other
addictions, and for positive conditioning of self-confidence, motivation, success,
etc.
I use Human Design
as a coaching model. Running a personalized chart on you shows me who you are
and how you operate. It shows me how you think, how much 'will power' you have
and how emotional you are. By using this information, the session becomes deeper
and I am able to custom design a program for you. Thus, we can accomplish much
more in just one session.
Before
our session, I will ask you to think about some goals for the session. I want
you to jot down the major issues in your life that stress you. During the session,
we will then remove emotional energy blockages regarding over-reactions, traumas,
phobias, compulsions, etc., with EFT or TAT. (See http://www.emofree.com/
or http://www.unstressforsuccess.com/
and counseling.)
We
will finish our session with hypnosis. Through a combination of suggestion and
energy balancing on the bioelectrical field, your body will then have the opportunity
to unwind its deepest stresses, eliminate disease or addiction patterns and accept
a more positive point of view. Positive reinforcement is always uplifting! Clients
report they feel better and freer for many days after the session.
All
imbalances are created by stress. The most common stress is emotional. With a
physical injury event (such as a car crash), you have emotional and physical trauma
combined. If you get the memory of trauma out of the body by changing it in the
nervous system, both body and mind heal much better. When you remove emotional
trauma from the system, allergies will often disappear as well.
Stress
is the number one cause of both mental illness and physical illness. Stress makes
people contract and shut down to the life force. In many individuals, stress has
been accumulating since childhood-many times back to the trauma of birth itself.
Stress causes disturbances and disorder in the body energy system, which can later
become disease conditions. By learning to let go and relax in both body and mind,
we open to higher vibrations and a more expanded point of view.
Another
word for stress is fear. This can be defined as an alarm that hypes-up the system
and keeps it ready for battle. Our thoughts manufacture the emotions we feel.
Negative decisions made during traumatic times create beliefs that can cause us
much unhappiness. Exploring stress and emotionally charged beliefs will usually
lead to habitual negative thoughts that contain low-tone emotional encoding. As
we change and reprogram these thoughts-not only in the mind but also in the body
that stores all our beliefs and personal history-we move into more happiness and
physical wellbeing.
